The event was designed as a structured, multi-batch media programme that ran across five consecutive days, welcoming multiple groups of journalists and content creators. Each batch was given the opportunity to experience the vehicles through detailed product briefings, technical presentations, and on-road drive sessions.

Conceptualised by Saregama’s live events division Saregama Live, UN40 aimed to go beyond the traditional concert format by creating an immersive festival environment where the experience extended across the venue.
