International Festival Forum (IFF), a festival and outdoor event booking platform, will launch its first North American edition in Los Angeles from September 14–16, 2026.
IFF LA will take place at The London, West Hollywood, near the Sunset Strip. The event will bring together festival and summer event programmers, talent buyers and booking agencies from across the US and other parts of North America for networking, deal-making and artist discovery.
The Los Angeles edition is backed by several leading North American booking agencies, which have been confirmed as founding agency partners. These include CAA, Ground Control Touring, High Road Touring, IAG, Paladin Artists, ROAM, TBA Agency, The Team, UTA and WME.
The event will welcome delegates from the US, Canada, Mexico and other markets. The programme will include conference sessions, agency pop-up offices, networking opportunities, workshops, social events and artist showcases at venues across Los Angeles.
From London to Los Angeles
IFF was launched in 2015 and has established itself as an annual marketplace for the festival sector. Its London edition attracts around 1,000 delegates each year, representing hundreds of festivals and artists from around the world.
Through its agency showcase programme, IFF has also supported the growth of artists including RAYE, Lewis Capaldi, Dermot Kennedy and Sam Ryder by connecting emerging talent with festival programmers.
IFF’s parent company, International Live Music Conference (ILMC), has longstanding connections with the North American live music industry. ILMC said these relationships, along with conversations with industry leaders, highlighted demand for an event focused on the North American festival and booking ecosystem.
All founding agency partners will attend IFF LA, giving festival programmers an opportunity to meet agencies representing artists across the global live music market. Several agencies will also showcase upcoming and priority artists during the evening programme.
IFF LA will be produced in partnership with We Group, a production company specialising in large-scale festivals and live events. The company has delivered events including Winter Music Conference, Boiler Room: Miami and Labyrinth on the Thames.
Programme and Artist Showcases
IFF LA will begin with a rooftop Opening Party at The London on Monday, September 14. The conference will run from Tuesday, September 15 to Wednesday, September 16.
During the day, delegates will have access to curated meetings, conference sessions, workshops and speed networking. The event will also feature pop-up agency offices, allowing agents and festival bookers to schedule private meetings during the conference.
Evening programming will move to venues around the Sunset Strip, with a showcase programme featuring emerging and breakthrough artists. Showcase venues are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
Invitation-Only Event
IFF LA will follow the invitation-only format of its London edition, with attendance limited to maintain a focused industry environment. The inaugural edition will welcome up to 500 festival and outdoor summer event bookers, booking agents and selected industry partners.
Applications will be pre-vetted before attendees are invited to confirm their participation. Tickets will be distributed by IFF and its ticketing partner, Universe.
Greg Parmley, Managing Director, ILMC said, “We’ve seen incredible demand from across North America over the past few years, and Los Angeles felt like the natural home for IFF’s first expansion outside the UK. The US festival market is one of the most dynamic in the world, and IFF LA will create a space for the key players in that ecosystem to come together, do business and build for the future.”
Nick Morgan, CEO, We Group said, “The North American festival market has been missing a platform like this. IFF brings the leading festival professionals together to do business, and we’re excited to help create a dedicated space for the US market that connects festivals, agents and talent in an engaging way – with real results and impact.”
