Fever Raises $250 Million to Accelerate Global Live Entertainment Expansion

Live entertainment technology platform Fever has raised $250 million in a primary equity financing round, in what the company describes as the largest funding round to date for a live-entertainment technology company. The round was led by EQT, with participation from Point72 Private Investments, Baillie Gifford and existing investors.

The funding comes as Fever looks to expand beyond the 55 countries where it currently operates and strengthen its presence across a wider range of entertainment categories. The company plans to invest in technology and tools for promoters, venues, sports teams, attractions, artists, museums and cultural institutions, with a focus on helping partners understand audience demand, improve ticketing and take successful event formats into new markets.

Founded by Ignacio Bachiller, Francisco Hein and Alexandre Pérez, Fever operates an event discovery and ticketing platform while also developing and producing live and immersive experiences. The company says its platform helped more than 300 million people discover experiences over the past year, spanning concerts, festivals, sports, museums, immersive exhibitions and interactive performances.

Fever has also reported strong financial growth, stating that its revenue has more than tripled over the past three years while remaining EBITDA-positive. Its partner network includes global names such as Formula 1, SailGP, X Games, FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, Netflix, Warner Bros., the Palace of Versailles and the Frida Kahlo Museum.

A key part of Fever’s expansion is its relationship with Formula 1. Under a global agreement, Fever will serve as an Official Supplier through 2031, providing ticketing technology and supporting fan-experience optimisation. From the 2027 season, its platform is set to be rolled out across every Grand Prix through Formula 1’s official global website, covering official race tickets, hospitality and Paddock Club packages.

The company has also expanded its ticketing portfolio through its ownership of DICE, the UK-based ticketing platform it acquired in June 2025. The latest investment follows Fever’s previous funding rounds, including a $110 million round in 2023 that valued the company at $1.8 billion at the time.

The latest funding signals Fever’s focus on combining technology, ticketing, data and live experiences as it scales its platform into more markets and entertainment categories.
