VanVivaha 2026 Draws 6,000+ Visitors and 100+ Exhibitors in Gurugram

The inaugural edition of VanVivaha 2026 concluded on 25 September at A-DOT by GNH, Ambience Island, Gurugram, drawing more than 6,000 visitors over two days and bringing together 100+ exhibitors from across India’s wedding and celebration ecosystem.

Held on 24 and 25 September, the exhibition featured businesses and professionals across bridal couture, jewellery, hospitality, destination weddings, planning, décor, beauty, travel, entertainment, gifting and wedding technology. The event covered a 1,40,000+ sq. ft. venue, including more than 70,000 sq. ft. of exhibition space.

The exhibition brought together wedding planners, designers, hospitality professionals, buyers, brands and other industry stakeholders, alongside families and consumers exploring products and services for upcoming celebrations. Delhi Minister of Education Ashish Sood and MP Kamaljeet Sehrawat were also present, along with celebrities, bureaucrats and professionals from across Delhi-NCR.

For exhibitors, VanVivaha provided an opportunity to showcase their offerings, meet prospective clients and connect with professionals from different segments of the wedding industry.

Tejwannt Singh Lamba, Founder, VanVivaha said, “The kind of response we received for our first edition has been very encouraging. We set out to bring the different parts of the wedding ecosystem together, and seeing brands, professionals and families engage with the platform has been a strong validation of that vision. We will now take these learnings forward as we work towards an even bigger edition of VanVivaha next year.”

The two-day programme also included networking initiatives such as Make My Lagan, which brought together wedding professionals and participants for industry interactions and conversations. The Sundowner Networking Party, hosted by Sandeep Verma, Founder, Barwizard Luxury Beverage; Culinary Curator Sakshi Tuli, Director, Tandoori Nights; and Tejwannt Singh Lamba, provided another setting for professionals and businesses to connect.

The exhibition highlighted the increasingly interconnected nature of India’s wedding industry, with venues, hospitality, fashion, jewellery, décor, travel, entertainment and technology playing an integrated role in wedding planning.

Sarthak Saini, Co-founder, VanVivaha said, “What stood out to me most is the creativity and ambition within the wedding industry. The industry is no longer operating in separate boxes of venues, décor, fashion, food, or entertainment; everything is increasingly interconnected. A great wedding is an experience, bringing together infrastructure, design, technology, hospitality, entertainment, storytelling and, most importantly, the right people. That is what we want VanVivaha to represent, a platform open to new ideas, talent and collaborations, where businesses, families and creative professionals can discover opportunities and build something together. If we can create those connections, we are building something far more meaningful than an exhibition.”

Gaurav Mudgal, Managing Director, Black Rock Hotels & Resorts said, “For us at Black Rock Hotels & Resorts, platforms like VanVivaha offer a valuable opportunity to understand evolving expectations from planners, designers and couples. Global influences are entering Indian weddings faster than ever, but are being thoughtfully adapted to suit our traditions, families and celebrations. This blend of global inspiration and local relevance will continue to shape the future of India’s wedding industry.”

Meghna Modi, Managing Director, Revlon India said, “Revlon has always believed in being part of the moments that make women feel their most confident and unforgettable. Our association with the Vanvivah Exhibition is a natural extension of this belief, as we continue to strengthen Revlon’s position as a go-to beauty brand for bridal and wedding makeup. We are delighted to collaborate with Vanvivah and look forward to creating meaningful beauty experiences for brides and their celebrations.”

The exhibitor line-up included Revlon, designer Samant Chauhan, WeddingSutra, BlackRock Hotels & Resorts, WelcomHotel by ITC Hotels, DJ Sumit Sethi, Radisson Hotels, Radico Khaitan, Mulecha Jewellers, PNG Jewellers, Karan Moin, Piccadilly, Shakkr, Myraa and Samharo Events, along with emerging businesses and specialists from across fashion, hospitality, technology and wedding services.

Following the response to its inaugural edition, VanVivaha plans to return with a larger edition next year, with further details to be announced.
