Nakul Merchant has been appointed as General Manager at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC).
Merchant brings experience across event operations, hospitality, food and beverage, venue management and business operations. His career includes roles across hospitality and experiential destinations.
Before taking on his new role, Merchant served as Deputy General Manager – Head of Department at NMACC and Senior Manager – Event Operations at Jio World Convention Centre.
He has also held leadership positions at MM Hospitality, where he was Co-Founder, and Ashoka Social Ventures, where he served as Director of Food and Beverage. His previous roles include Market Manager at JLL and Store Manager at Foodhall India.
Merchant has also worked with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in several roles and began his career with experience at Mayfair Banquets.
In his new role as General Manager at NMACC, Merchant will bring together his experience across events, hospitality, venue management and business operations.
