ETA Group Launches Bwnd Events as Its Fourth Specialist Brand

ETA Group, an Asian DMC specialising in integrated event, logistics and fulfilment services, has launched Bwnd Events, its fourth specialist brand and a creative event and incentive agency focused on delivering experiences across Asia.

Bwnd was unveiled at ETA Group’s Annual Partner Gathering at Capella Bangkok this month, attended by event professionals, clients and suppliers. The launch comes following a period of growth for the group.

The new agency builds on ETA Group’s recent work on the Flight Centre Global Gathering 2026, held in Bangkok in July. The group delivered 32 events and activations across the senior leaders and sponsors programme as part of the wider week-long event for 2,100 guests from around the world.

The delivery of the programme gave ETA Group Founder & Executive Chairman, Max Boontawee Jantasuwan, the confidence to move ahead with Bwnd. The agency will be led by industry professional El Kwang as Chief Executive.

El Kwang said, “The agency was created in response to feedback from clients and industry partners. Bwnd started by firstly listening. Max, Pete [Make-Arun] and I listened to our clients and supporters, and we saw an opportunity to create something that helps future-proof our profession.”

He further added, “The successful delivery of 32 events and activations for the Flight Centre Global Gathering gave us the confidence that there is a clear need for a high-touch agency like Bwnd, particularly across our immediate key markets of Australia and Singapore. Bwnd is about what we can achieve when creativity, purpose and exceptional delivery come together.”

Bwnd will work with clients across the event lifecycle, from concept development through to onsite execution. The agency will focus on creating experiences designed to engage audiences, strengthen relationships and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Dee Kelly, Senior Project Director at FCM Meetings & Events, a Flight Centre Travel Group business, said, “The team’s work on the Global Gathering demonstrated its ability to deliver complex international events at scale. We have worked with many DMCs over the decades of this event, and our team felt that ETA Group was absolutely one of the best.”

She further added, “We felt that we had a true partnership. The team was well structured, and they are specialists in their areas of focus. The event was a huge success, and we are very aware that this was highly due to the exceptional service received from the team.

ETA Group has also appointed experienced business events professional Pete Make-Arun as COO.

Bwnd joins Events Travel Asia, E-Transportation and E-Distribution as ETA Group’s fourth specialist brand. Together, the businesses offer expertise across event strategy, delivery, logistics and fulfilment.
