At 22, entrepreneur Devkaran Singh is building QuickVenue, an AI-powered event discovery and booking platform aimed at simplifying how people find, compare and book venues and event-related services in India.
QuickVenue brings venue discovery and event planning together on a single platform, allowing users to search for venues based on factors such as location, budget and guest capacity. Users can browse venue profiles, compare available options, customise packages and schedule venue visits.
Devkaran, the Founder and CEO of QuickVenue, is focused on addressing the fragmented nature of event planning, where customers often have to make multiple calls, search across different platforms and coordinate separately with several vendors.
The platform uses artificial intelligence to support venue and service discovery. Users can describe their event requirements and receive recommendations based on their preferences, helping them identify venues and services suited to their specific needs.

Building an Event Marketplace
The platform’s model combines venue discovery, comparison, availability and booking with access to event service providers. This approach positions QuickVenue not only as a venue-booking platform but also as a broader marketplace for event planning.
Quick Venue Private Limited operates under the QuickVenue brand, with its registered office in Bidupur, Vaishali, Bihar. The platform is currently in its early stage and is undergoing a pilot run as it works to expand its network of venues and service providers.
Pushp Raj, who serves as Co-Founder and COO, is also part of the team building the platform.
For Devkaran and his team, the larger objective is to create a single digital ecosystem for people planning weddings, celebrations, corporate events and other gatherings. The platform seeks to connect customers with the venues and services they need while using AI to make discovery and decision-making more efficient.
QuickVenue is being developed with an ambition to expand across India and bring more of the event-planning journey onto a single platform, from finding a suitable venue to discovering and booking the services required to organise an event.
