Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival Returns This Autumn

The annual Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival is set to return from October 29 to November 1, 2026, bringing four days of food, drinks, culture and entertainment to the Central Stage, Central Harbourfront Event Space. Set against the Victoria Harbour skyline, the festival will feature more than 300 booths, including dedicated spirit booths and dining partners.

Indian visitors can enjoy a wide range of international food and drink experiences along with live entertainment at the harbourfront festival. The celebration will continue throughout November with Hong Kong Wine & Dine Month, offering exclusive dining deals, special menus and gourmet experiences across the city.

Drinks will be a major focus of this year’s festival, with a global line-up featuring producers and brands from China, France, Italy, Spain, Georgia and the United Kingdom. New pavilions from Australia, Canada and South Korea will also join the festival.

Visitors can explore everything from traditional Old World wines to emerging regions and newer trends such as sparkling teas and creative drinks.

Bordeaux will receive a special spotlight this year following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Hong Kong Tourism Board and the Bordeaux Wine Council (CIVB). The festival will offer visitors access to Bordeaux labels and exclusive tasting experiences.

The Grand Wine Pavilion will feature more than 20 premium wine merchants. It will also host over 20 masterclasses and tastings led by Master Sommeliers and other industry experts, giving visitors the opportunity to learn more about wine regions, craftsmanship and vintages.

The Tasting Room will bring together acclaimed chefs from Hong Kong and around the world. During the festival, guests can enjoy specially created tasting menus offering a closer look at different culinary styles and flavours.

This year’s line-up includes Chef Edward Lee, known globally through Netflix’s Culinary Class Wars; Chef Thierry Marx, the renowned French chef with a distinguished Michelin-starred career; Chef Chen Zhi Ping of Shanghai’s Meet the Bund, recognised by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026, Black Pearl Restaurant Guide and Michelin; and Chef Justin Yang Yan Bin of Hong Kong’s contemporary Chinese restaurant QUAN, who was named first runner-up in The Divine Dish China.

Each chef will present exclusive creations specially designed for Tasting Room guests.

A new highlight of the 2026 edition is the “Only in Hong Kong” Flavours programme. More than 100 restaurants, including Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels and local favourites, will showcase signature dishes inspired by Hong Kong’s diverse food culture.

The offerings will range from chef-created specialities to popular street food, giving visitors an opportunity to experience some of the city’s most distinctive flavours through limited-edition dishes.

The Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival will be followed by Hong Kong Wine & Dine Month throughout November. Participating restaurants and bars across the city will offer special menus and exclusive deals.

Together, the festival and month-long programme will give visitors more opportunities to explore Hong Kong’s food and drink scene, combining international gastronomy with the city’s local culinary culture.
