Adèle Courgenay has been elevated to Marketing Director for Maybelline New York, NYX Professional Makeup and essie at L’Oréal in Australia and New Zealand.

Courgenay has spent the last decade at L’Oréal, taking on several roles across the company’s beauty portfolio. Her experience includes serving as Social and Advocacy Brand Lead, Brand Business Lead for Maybelline New York, Senior Brand Manager for Armani Beauty, Product Manager and Brand Manager.
She has also worked as Assistant Product Manager for La Roche-Posay and as a Marketing Management Trainee, where she worked across brands including Yves Saint Laurent, Garnier, Lancôme and Kiehl’s.
Earlier in her career, Courgenay worked as a Marketing Assistant at L’Oréal and as a Sourcing and Selection Assistant at Danone. She also completed an internship with Louis Vuitton.
In her new role, Courgenay will lead marketing for Maybelline New York, NYX Professional Makeup and essie across Australia and New Zealand.
