The Board of Directors of JSW MG Motor India Private Limited has appointed Parth Jindal as Chairman of the Company, with immediate effect.
Jindal has been part of the Board of JSW MG Motor India since the formation of the joint venture and has played an active role in shaping the company’s product strategy, manufacturing expansion and localisation programme.
In addition to his new role at JSW MG Motor India, Jindal serves as Managing Director of JSW Cement and JSW Paints, Chairman of JSW Dulux Limited, and Director on the Board of JSW Energy.
He is also the Founder of JSW Sports and serves as Chairman and Co-Owner of the Delhi Capitals.
With his involvement across the JSW Group’s businesses and sports ecosystem, Jindal will now lead the Board of JSW MG Motor India as the company continues to expand its presence in the Indian automotive market.
