India’s Best Wedding Makers (IBWM), the flagship platform by The Great Indian Wedding Book (TGIWB), is set to return with an expanded edition following the success of its inaugural event. The IBWM Conclave 2026 will take place on 29-30 August 2026 at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai, evolving into a two-day celebration focused on the business, creativity and future of India’s luxury wedding industry.
Curated in partnership with Copper Events, with Prateek Tandon, Co-Founder and Director of the company, the conclave will bring together distinguished wedding professionals, entrepreneurs, hospitality leaders, designers, artists and creators. The two-day event is designed to go beyond networking, providing a platform for conversations, collaborations and ideas shaping the industry.
The expanded format will feature panel discussions, keynote sessions, curated networking experiences and exclusive showcases highlighting trends expected to shape the future of luxury weddings. Deepak Choudhary, President of EEMA & Founder & MD of EVA Live & EVENTFAQS Media, will deliver the keynote address, bringing his industry expertise and perspective to discussions on the future of India’s luxury wedding ecosystem.
The conclave will also serve as a meeting point for leading industry decision-makers, positioning it as a significant gathering on the Indian wedding calendar.
A key highlight will be the unveiling of the IBWM Powerlist, which will recognise influential names across the luxury wedding landscape. The event will also witness the launch of the latest edition of The Great Indian Wedding Book, the luxury wedding coffee table publication that showcases wedding talent from India.
