Percept ICE, the Experiential Marketing, Event Management, Exhibitions & Brand Activations domain company of Percept Limited, brought together the power, prestige and purpose of India’s gems and jewellery fraternity through two landmark evenings for the Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) – the ‘GJEPC IIJS 2026 Networking Night’ with Sachit–Parampara on August 5, 2026, followed by the ‘GJEPC Jewellers For Hope Charity Dinner’ on August 6, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai.
Across two very different evenings, Percept ICE delivered one consistent promise – extraordinary experiences, executed seamlessly. From striking stagecraft and décor, immersive lighting and AV storytelling to entertainment, celebrity and artist management, hospitality and meticulous guest movement, every element was orchestrated to create a sophisticated, high-impact guest experience.

The GJEPC IIJS 2026 Networking Night with Sachit–Parampara welcomed approximately 1,200 guests, bringing together India’s leading jewellery fraternity, global industry leaders, government dignitaries and distinguished personalities.
The Grand Ballroom was transformed into a glamorous celebration of the industry, with every touchpoint – from guest arrival and networking to stage, lighting, AV and show transitions – designed to build a sense of occasion. The highlight of the evening was the prestigious Legends Award Ceremony, honouring global jewellery industry leaders including Paul Rowley, Ronnie VanderLinden, Gaetano Cavalieri, Tawhid Abdullah, Pritesh Patel, Anoop Mehta, Mehul Shah, Ahmed Bin Sulayem and David J. Bonaparte.
The evening also celebrated the institutional legacy of GJEPC and IIJS, with special felicitations for Past Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, IIJS Conveners and past employees. Adding to the stature of the evening were Mr. Kirit Bhansali, Chairman, GJEPC; Mr. Rajesh Gawande, Secretary Protocol, FDI and Diaspora Affairs for Maharashtra; Mr. Sachin Jain, Regional CEO – India, World Gold Council; and Mr. Jignesh Shah, Mentor and Coach, India Gold Metaverse.

The formal proceedings culminated in a high-energy live performance by Sachit–Parampara and their band, seamlessly transforming an evening of recognition into a high-octane celebration.
The following evening, Percept ICE shifted gears completely with the GJEPC Jewellers For Hope Charity Dinner, bringing together approximately 460 guests for an evening where industry success translated into social impact. Designed to showcase the softer side of India’s gems and jewellery fraternity, the evening blended elegant hospitality, refined décor, storytelling, philanthropy and celebrity engagement into an intimate yet high-glamour experience.
The arrival of celebrated actress Madhuri Dixit was a defining moment. Following her felicitation, she engaged the audience in a candid fireside chat, bringing warmth, personality and emotional resonance to the cause.

The evening brought together prominent personalities including Mr. Kirit Bhansali, Mr. Rahul Narwekar, Ms. Shweta Harit, Mr. Sachin Jain, Mr. Amit Pratihari and Mr. Paul De Wachter, alongside leading members of the industry.
The spirit of giving came alive through a charity cheque presentation to the Gems & Jewellery National Relief Foundation (GJNRF), with Madhuri Dixit and senior GJEPC and industry dignitaries coming together on stage. The evening continued with the launch of a special PNG Jewellers book, led by Dr. Saurabh Gadgil, before culminating in an exclusive “Dinner with an Icon” auction, offering guests the opportunity to win an intimate dinner with Dr. Gadgil – a distinctive experience built around access, connection and generosity.
Across both evenings, Percept ICE went far beyond event production. It orchestrated the complete guest experience, from arrival, hospitality and networking to stagecraft, show calling, AV, lighting, celebrity and dignitary management, entertainment and on-ground execution.
What made the two experiences particularly powerful was their contrast. While IIJS was grand, glamorous and celebratory – honouring global legends and the legacy of an industry, Jewellers For Hope was elegant, intimate and purpose-led, turning influence and success into an opportunity to give back.

Vidya Alva, COO, Percept ICE, said, “The real measure of a great live experience is when the complexity behind it disappears and the guest simply feels the moment. For GJEPC, we created two very different experiences – one celebrating the global stature and legacy of the jewellery industry, the other celebrating its generosity and softer side. From design and production to entertainment, celebrity integration and guest management, every detail was orchestrated to create experiences that felt seamless, elevated and meaningful.”
With 1,600+ guests across two nights, global industry leaders, government dignitaries, celebrities, live entertainment, prestigious awards, philanthropy and high-touch experiences, Percept ICE once again demonstrated its ability to transform briefs into large-scale, beautifully orchestrated experiences that leave a lasting impression.
