India’s gifting industry is set to come together at the 32nd edition of Gifts India Expo 2026, taking place from 20–22 August at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), Mumbai.
Organised by RX India, the three-day B2B exhibition will bring together more than 250 exhibitors and 700+ brands, offering corporate buyers and industry professionals a platform to explore the latest in corporate, personal and lifestyle gifting.
The 2026 edition will feature a wide range of categories, including luxury, technology, décor, lifestyle, stationery and sustainable gifting. Participating brands include MODA, Kenneth Cole, United Colors of Benetton, Giordano, boAt, Siyaram’s, Rare Rabbit, Honeywell, Ambrane, Xech, Unix, India Kangaro, Phool, Frido, United, Metro Cash & Carry, Ruchoks and Hapipola.
The expo is expected to attract buyers from sectors including FMCG, IT, pharma, hospitality and retail, connecting manufacturers, brands, distributors and wholesalers with key decision-makers.
The exhibition comes at a time when India’s gifting sector is witnessing growing demand for premium, personalised and sustainable products. Increased corporate spending on employee engagement and rewards, along with the growth of SMEs and startups, has further contributed to the sector’s expansion. With the event scheduled ahead of the festive and Diwali season, the expo provides buyers and brands an opportunity to plan and finalise sourcing requirements for the upcoming gifting cycle.
Umang Gupta, Country Head, RX India said, “India’s gifting sector is in the middle of a remarkable transformation. What was once driven largely by tradition and festive ritual has matured into a dynamic, year-round industry shaped by corporate rewards programmes, the rise of SMEs and startups, conferences, social factors and a clear shift toward more premium, personalised, sustainable and innovative products. Emotion still sits at the heart of gifting in India, but the way brands and buyers respond to it has become far more sophisticated, quality focused and value based. This 32nd edition of Gifts India Expo captures exactly where the industry is heading – towards innovative gifting options, developed by home grown SMEs and start-ups, incorporating technology, décor to luxury and eco-conscious gifting, and reflects the scale and confidence the sector now commands. Gifts India expo is the definitive marketplace for buyers to source their gifting needs and for exhibitors to meet new segment of buyers than they are currently addressing.”
The 2026 edition will also focus on live product launches, displays and trend spotlights, giving visitors a closer look at emerging gifting solutions while creating opportunities for face-to-face business networking.
Sandeep Kumar, Event Director, Gifts India Expo said, “Gifts India Expo 2026 is our most comprehensive edition to date, bringing more than 250 exhibitors and over 700 brands together under one roof. We have built this show to give corporate buyers direct, face-to-face access to manufacturers, distributors and premium brands across every category and price point, all in a single, high-value marketplace. Beyond sourcing, visitors can expect live product launches, trend spotlights and genuine networking with decision-makers from across India and overseas. Timed just ahead of the festive and Diwali season, the three days at the Bombay Exhibition Centre offer the industry a crucial window to lock in the year’s most important gifting decisions.”
Across the three days, visitors will have access to manufacturers, distributors and premium brands from across India and overseas, alongside new product launches and displays covering luxury, technology, lifestyle and décor.
