Schneider Electric India has elevated Ratnesh Pandey to Vice President, Marketing, effective August 1, 2026. In his new role, Pandey will lead the company’s marketing function in India, overseeing brand strategy, integrated marketing, digital engagement, customer experience and commercial excellence.
Pandey brings more than 17 years of experience across brand management, digital transformation, strategic marketing and communications, including nearly 12 years within the Schneider Electric ecosystem.
Before his elevation, Pandey served as Director and Head, Marketing and Communications, Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation, a Schneider Electric group company in India.
During his tenure in the role, Pandey led the migration and launch of the Lauritz Knudsen brand across India, the Middle East and Africa. He also worked on consumer engagement initiatives, including the brand’s association with Mumbai Indians as Principal Partner.
Over his career with Schneider Electric, Pandey has handled marketing initiatives across consumer and retail businesses, sustainability, energy management software, buildings, home automation and strategic growth programmes. His experience covers B2B and B2C marketing, customer and channel engagement, brand transformation and technology-led communication.
Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Pandey held marketing and brand management positions at HCL Infosystems and Digitas India, where he worked across technology, financial services and consumer sectors. He has also completed executive leadership programmes at HEC Paris and INSEAD.
Commenting on his elevation, Pandey said his focus would be on building deeper customer engagement, stronger market relevance and measurable business outcomes, while driving the next phase of growth for Schneider Electric’s brand and business in India.
