The Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) has launched the Young Leaders Forum (YLF), a new initiative aimed at nurturing the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs. The launch event was held at the Rendezvous Ballroom, Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, bringing together young entrepreneurs, family business leaders, innovators and industry veterans.
The Young Leaders Forum has been created to provide mentorship, knowledge-sharing opportunities and industry networking for emerging professionals. Through the platform, ICC aims to help young leaders strengthen their leadership skills, build meaningful collaborations and navigate the evolving business landscape.

Founded by Shri G D Birla, the Indian Chamber of Commerce is celebrating 100 years of service to the nation. The launch of the Young Leaders Forum marks another step in its efforts to strengthen India’s business ecosystem.
Entrepreneur Ananya Birla attended the event as the Guest of Honour. During her address, she encouraged young entrepreneurs to embrace innovation, think independently and build businesses that are sustainable in the long run. She also highlighted the importance of resilience, flexibility and staying true to one’s vision while creating commercially successful and socially responsible organisations.
