The 31st edition of Gifts World Expo opened alongside the debut edition of Paperworld Delhi at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, bringing together the gifting, stationery, paper and office supplies industries on a single business platform. The three-day co-located exhibitions feature over 850 exhibitors, 6,000 brands and 30,000 products across six exhibition halls, with more than 35,000 trade visitors expected.
Gifts World Expo, spread across Halls 1–5, showcases a wide range of products across festive, wedding, corporate, promotional, lifestyle and premium gifting segments. The exhibition includes categories such as awards and rewards, promotional gifts, houseware, kitchen appliances, electronic gadgets, luxury gifts, packaging solutions, confectionery, beverages, wellness, beauty, apparel, bags, handicrafts, home décor and home textiles.
Making its debut in the capital, Paperworld Delhi occupies Hall 6 and expands the internationally recognised trade fair brand into North India after five successful editions in Mumbai. The exhibition features stationery, office and school supplies, writing instruments, educational products, workplace essentials, paper goods, premium pens, sustainable stationery, packaging solutions, and printing and finishing technologies. Participating companies include DOMS Industries, Luxor Writing Instruments, Linc, William Penn, KGOC Global LLP (KANGARO), Figo Impex, G&G Global and Saino Pen & Plastic, among others.
One of the key attractions at Paperworld Delhi is the Creativeworld Trends 2026 Showcase, presented in India as part of Messe Frankfurt’s international trend roadshow. Developed by German trend bureau Stilbüro bora.herke.palmisano, the showcase highlights three trend themes—Modern Romantics, New Rebels and Cool Classics—offering insights into future design directions for the stationery, paper and craft industries.
This year’s edition also introduces the Gifts World Trend Zone along with dedicated business engagement features including the Start-up & Innovation Hub, Sustainability & Innovation Hub, Discovery Hub and Entertainment Hub. Leading brands such as Adidas, boAt, Flipkart, Hawkins, ITC, Jack & Jones, Milton, Prestige, Safari, Swiss Military, Wonderchef and Zebronics are among the participating exhibitors.
The opening ceremony was attended by industry leaders and dignitaries from across the gifting, stationery and manufacturing sectors, including representatives from MEX Exhibitions, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings, DOMS Industries, Luxor Writing Instruments, FIGO Impex, Powerplus and several industry associations.
Himani Gulati, Director, MEX Exhibitions, said, “As we open the doors to Gifts World Expo Delhi and launch Paperworld Delhi today, we are bringing together two dynamic industries on a single business platform. India’s gifting industry continues to be one of the most vibrant and dynamic markets driven by evolving consumer preferences, festive traditions, weddings, and more, driving demand for premium and personalised products. At this edition, we are witnessing exceptional participation from leading domestic and international brands, including the introduction of the first-ever China Pavilion, reflecting the potential of the gifting and stationery market. The co-location with Paperworld Delhi further broadens the experience for our exhibitors and visitors by bringing together a wider spectrum of products, brands and business opportunities. We are confident that the exhibitors and visitors will benefit from the meaningful engagement and business enquiries.”
Raj Manek, Executive Director & Board Member, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings said, “The launch of Paperworld Delhi alongside the 31st edition of Gifts World Expo marks an important milestone in strengthening India’s business ecosystem for the gifting, stationery and paper industries. Following the successful five editions of this expansion responds directly to industry demand for a dedicated platform in North India. Together, the shows offer a unique show experience with new initiatives, zones, activities and installations reinforcing the vastness of these industries. We are optimistic that the exhibitors and visitors for the shows will take along new contacts and potential business opportunities from the co-located shows.”
Alongside the exhibition, visitors can attend curated knowledge sessions under Gift Talks and Paper Talks, covering topics such as consumer trends, responsible production, retail, branding, packaging, workplace requirements and education-focused solutions. Interactive activities including a gift-wrapping workshop and The Grand Brush Off live art showcase further add to the visitor experience.
Jointly organised by Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India and MEX Exhibitions, the co-located exhibitions combine international exhibition expertise with deep knowledge of the Indian market. Gifts World Expo Delhi and Paperworld Delhi will continue at Bharat Mandapam until 1 August 2026.
