SOTC Travel has expanded its business events portfolio with the launch of a dedicated Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) & Exhibitions Division. The new vertical builds on the company’s existing MICE expertise and will offer end-to-end conference, association and exhibition management services.
The launch comes as India’s business events industry continues to grow, supported by investments in convention infrastructure, increasing international participation and government initiatives such as Meet in India and the National Strategy for the MICE Industry.
The new division will provide services including conference management, medical and scientific congress management, delegate registration, speaker management, sponsorship and exhibition management, venue sourcing, travel and accommodation, visa facilitation, hybrid and virtual event solutions, and on-ground event operations.
Initially, the division will focus on sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, technology, BFSI, manufacturing, industry associations, education, research institutions and public-sector organisations. Priority markets include Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata.
