Carlton Cannes, a Regent Hotel, has announced exclusive dining experiences for guests attending the Pyrotechnic Art Festival, with specially curated dinner menus available on select evenings throughout July and August.
Located on the Croisette overlooking the Bay of Cannes, the hotel offers guests front-row views of the festival’s fireworks displays while dining at one of its three restaurants—Riviera Restaurant, Rüya Restaurant, or Carlton Beach Club Restaurant.
Following the upcoming display on August 4, guests can also enjoy the festival on August 15 and 24, 2026, with dedicated menus available across the hotel’s restaurants. At the Carlton Beach Club Restaurant, the August 4 menu features flame-seared salmon with yogurt, herb salad and cucumber, followed by poultry breast with Albufera sauce, mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, ending with peach confit, verbena-infused cream and crisp meringue.
The Riviera Restaurant will offer a sharing menu featuring dishes such as salmon gravlax pastrami, Gambero Rosso with stracciatella and raspberries, mozzarella, crispy chicken suprême and thigh, followed by a peach dessert with verbena-infused cream and meringue.
Rüya Restaurant will also present a dedicated festival menu inspired by its signature Anatolian cuisine.
Combining fine dining with panoramic views of one of the French Riviera’s most anticipated summer events, Carlton Cannes aims to offer guests a memorable experience celebrating the Pyrotechnic Art Festival.
