Korean food enthusiasts and fans of Korean culture will have the opportunity to experience authentic cuisine, K-pop performances and cultural activities as the K-Food Fair 2026 in India takes place at Ambience Mall, Gurugram, on August 1–2, 2026.
Hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs of the Republic of Korea and the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT), the two-day consumer festival will be held from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and aims to showcase Korea’s food culture through immersive culinary and cultural experiences.
With Korean cuisine continuing to gain popularity across India, the event has been designed as a hands-on experience rather than a conventional exhibition. Visitors will be able to explore, taste and purchase a wide variety of Korean food products at the K-Food Market Zone.
The fair will also feature complimentary food tastings at the K-Open Kitchen, where attendees can sample popular Korean dishes including gimbap, tteokbokki and kimchi fried rice. The K-Noodle Station will introduce visitors to the diversity and popularity of Korean noodles.
Beyond its culinary offerings, the event will highlight various aspects of Korean culture through interactive activities and live entertainment. Visitors can attend the K-Pop Cover Dance Competition, experience traditional Korean games at the K-Game Zone and participate in a Personal Color Test, one of Korea’s popular lifestyle experiences. The organisers said the festival is designed to engage families, young adults and K-culture enthusiasts throughout the two-day event.
The event will be attended by distinguished representatives from the Republic of Korea, including Byun Kyung Yong, Managing Director of the aT Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation Bangkok Office; Cho Yoonmi, Director of the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) New Delhi Office; and Ms. Park Jihye, Third Secretary, Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Republic of India.
Speaking ahead of the event, Mr. Byun Kyung Yong, Managing Director of the aT Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation, Bangkok Office, said, “The fair reflects Korea’s commitment to strengthening cultural and culinary ties with Indian consumers by creating meaningful experiences around food, lifestyle and shared cultural interests.”
Organisers said the 2026 K-Food Fair in India aims to provide visitors with an opportunity to experience Korea’s culinary heritage beyond restaurants and television dramas. The event will bring together Korean food, music, shopping and cultural experiences under one roof for a weekend celebrating modern Korean culture.
