Max Fashion has announced the third edition of Max URB_N UN-MUTE, which will take place on August 7 in Kochi during the Onam season. The hip-hop music property returns with a statewide rap talent hunt and a live concert headlined by ThirumaLi and Lil Payyan.
The campaign follows two successful editions that attracted over 20,000 fans and featured performances by Dabzee and Baby Jean. This year, Max URB_N is expanding the platform by introducing its first-ever Rap Hunt in partnership with Spotify, offering aspiring rappers from across Kerala an opportunity to perform on a major stage.
As part of the initiative, rappers can participate in Malayalam, English or a mix of both languages. Hundreds of entries are expected, with 16 finalists selected to compete for a chance to perform alongside ThirumaLi and Lil Payyan at the grand finale.
The event aims to spotlight emerging hip-hop talent while strengthening support for India’s independent rap scene through a collaboration between Max URB_N and Spotify.
The grand finale will feature nearly three hours of live rap performances, immersive fan experiences and high-energy entertainment. The previous edition attracted more than 3,000 attendees, with this year’s event expected to draw an even larger audience.
