Gifts World Expo Delhi and Paperworld Delhi to Co-Locate for Largest Gifting and Stationery Trade Fair in North India

The 31st edition of Gifts World Expo Delhi and the debut edition of Paperworld Delhi will be held together from July 30 to August 1, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, creating one of North India’s largest integrated B2B trade platforms for the gifting, stationery and paper industries.

The co-located exhibitions will feature more than 850 exhibitors, 6,000 brands and 30,000+ products, offering buyers access to a wide range of gifting, stationery, office supplies, paper products, educational solutions and corporate procurement offerings under one roof.

Gifts World Expo Delhi will showcase products across categories including corporate gifting, home décor, handicrafts, wellness, travel accessories, kitchenware, confectionery and customised gifts. The event will also feature a China Pavilion and brands such as Adidas, Boat, Hawkins, ITC, Milton, Prestige, Safari, Swiss Military, Wonderchef and Zebronics.

Making its Delhi debut after five successful editions in Mumbai, Paperworld Delhi will present stationery, writing instruments, office and school supplies, art and craft materials, paper products, packaging innovations and workplace essentials. Participating brands include DOMS Industries, Luxor Writing Instrument, Linc Limited, Kangaro, William Penn and others.

The co-located exhibitions are jointly organised by MEX Exhibitions Pvt Ltd and Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India and are expected to serve as a major sourcing and networking platform for the gifting and stationery sectors.
