Instead of relying on extravagant installations, the décor embraced understated elegance, allowing natural textures, floral artistry and ambient lighting to create an atmosphere that felt luxurious without being overwhelming.
The evening’s venue styling was further enhanced by National Decorators, known for creating sophisticated wedding environments that elevate hospitality spaces through thoughtful floral and décor installations.
A Botanical Culinary Experience
Complementing the wedding’s garden aesthetic was a culinary experience curated by Speciality Experiences, which designed a botanical-inspired tablescape that reflected the celebration’s immersive theme.
The menu balanced contemporary global flavours with timeless favourites, beginning with artisanal grazing experiences that included aged cheddar with black olives, feta paired with watermelon and balsamic vinaigrette pearls, alongside Mediterranean classics such as bean hummus, beet hummus and muhammara.
Guests also enjoyed Burrata Pomodoro Salad featuring hand-torn burrata and heirloom tomatoes; Truffle Edamame Mousse; Truffle Mushroom Mascarpone Pâté, and Fig & Ricotta Crostini.
The live food experience continued with Truffle Shiitake Bao Buns, Dynamite Bang Bang Prawn Rolls and Red Oil Chicken Wontons before moving into beloved Indian classics. Desserts included an assortment of elegant tarts, traditional gulab jamuns and other sweet delicacies.
By blending visual presentation with elevated flavours, the catering experience became an extension of the wedding’s design philosophy, reinforcing that memorable celebrations are often created around the dining table as much as the ceremony itself.
