WOW Awards Asia, one of the most prominent platforms for the events and experiential industry, has announced nine new additions for its 17th edition, set to take place on July 3 and 4, 2026, at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai. The upcoming edition will introduce new discussion formats, immersive experiences and collaborative initiatives, further strengthening its position as a leading platform for industry dialogue, innovation and recognition.
Leading the announcements is Maharashtra Tourism joining as the Presenting Partner for WOW Awards Asia 2026. The event will also be centred around a new theme, “Community to Collective Consciousness,” reflecting a collective vision of collaboration, shared purpose and industry-wide progress.
Expanding its knowledge-sharing agenda, WOW Awards Asia 2026 will introduce Humans of WOW, a platform focused on authentic industry stories, experiences and conversations. Supporting this will be the introduction of Show Curators, who will help shape discussions and curate content across the event programme.
The 17th edition will also feature The King Table Debate, a new discussion format designed to encourage focused conversations among industry stakeholders. Recognising the growing role of culinary experiences within the events industry, WOW Awards Asia 2026 will introduce India Gourmet Luxe, a dedicated platform celebrating food, hospitality and culinary innovation, while highlighting the importance of exceptional dining experiences as an integral part of event design.
Among the key additions is WOW Park, an interactive platform that will bring together immersive experiences, innovation, networking and thought-provoking conversations in a collaborative environment.
The event will also feature an expanded WOW Expo, creating greater opportunities for exhibitors to showcase products, services and innovations. Additionally, Reserve Private Table will offer a curated networking format, enabling delegates, partners and industry leaders to connect through pre-scheduled business interactions.
With these additions, WOW Awards Asia 2026 continues to evolve beyond an awards platform, bringing together new experiences, meaningful conversations and collaborative opportunities for professionals across events, experiential marketing, MICE, weddings and live entertainment.
Presented by Maharashtra Tourism, powered by Inventum Global and Rixos Hotels, co-powered by Event Kabaadi, COTRAV and Event Bazaar, and held in association with EEMA, the 17th edition of WOW Awards Asia is expected to bring together thousands of industry professionals across countries for two days of networking, business opportunities, knowledge exchange and industry recognition.
