Eva Live Goes Green: India’s Premier Event Company Picks Circulogy as Its Sustainability Partner

Mumbai-headquartered Eva Live has formalised a year-long sustainability partnership with Noida-based Circulogy CleanTech, appointing the circular economy startup as its official green-event and sustainability partner for all events organised, produced, or managed by Eva Live going forward.

The agreement, signed by Manuj Agarwal, CEO of Eva Live, and Saeem Rizvi, Founder & CEO of Circulogy, marks one of the more substantive sustainability commitments seen in India’s live events space moving well beyond token gestures into structured, measurable green-event execution.

Under the partnership, Circulogy will embed sustainability across Eva Live’s entire event operations from overall strategy to sustainable vendor sourcing to energy and water conservation and post-event impact reporting.

Putting a Number on the Carbon

A centrepiece of the engagement is carbon accountability. For each event, Circulogy will conduct a full carbon footprint assessment quantifying emissions across logistics, infrastructure, energy consumption, and on-ground operations. Circulogy will work with Eva Live to implement active reduction strategies before and during each event, and where residual emissions remain, structured remediation pathways will be built into the post-event plan. In an industry where “carbon neutral event” is often a press release claim with no methodology behind it, this approach is meaningfully different.

Manuj Agarwal, CEO, Eva Live said, “We’ve long believed that world-class events and responsible event management for our esteemed clients are not trade-offs but joining their mission of sustainability. Partnering with Circulogy gives us the framework and the expertise to make that mission possible, at scale.”

Saeem Rizvi, Founder & CEO, Circulogy said, “Eva Live runs some of the most watched live experiences in the country. When a company of that stature makes carbon accountability a non-negotiable, it raises the bar for the entire industry.”

Circulogy, which holds ISO 20121:2024 certification for sustainable event management systems, will work across individual events to ensure sustainability is delivered in real time.

For an industry still largely treating sustainability as an afterthought, this partnership is a signal worth watching.
