YouTube Brings Fans Closer to the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026

As the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 gathers momentum, YouTube is enhancing the viewing experience for cricket fans in India through its partnership with the International Cricket Council (ICC).

Recognising that the fan experience extends beyond the action on the field, YouTube is offering a range of features that allow viewers to follow the tournament before, during and after every match. According to the platform, 89% of Indian viewers believe YouTube has the best sports content, making it a key destination for cricket fans.

The collaboration began with the first-ever ICC Captains’ Carnival livestream from London on the ICC’s official YouTube channel, along with live broadcasts of all warm-up matches, marking the first time these fixtures were streamed on YouTube.

As the tournament progresses, fans can access official match highlights on the ICC YouTube channel in multiple formats, including short highlight packages as well as extended versions in both English and Hindi.

For those looking to relive key moments instantly, YouTube will also feature under-30-second Shorts showcasing the most exciting moments from each match.

To further improve discoverability, YouTube has introduced a dedicated tournament hub. Fans searching for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 on the platform will find a curated destination featuring match highlights, analysis and other official tournament content.

Speaking about the partnership, Finn Bradshaw, ICC Head of Digital, said, “Through our collaboration with YouTube, we are making the tournament more accessible than ever before through live coverage, local language offerings, creator-led storytelling and enhanced discoverability across the platform.”
