The Wedding Company, a Bengaluru-based wedding planning and fulfilment platform, has raised $2.75 million (approximately ₹25 crore) in a seed funding round led by Wellingdon Advisors LLP.
The round included participation from existing investors LVX and Tremis Capital, as well as Synergy Capital Partners and angel investors Vivek Mathur, Rahul Garg and Apurva Patel.
The company said it will use the funding to strengthen its wedding services catalogue, expand its vendor partner ecosystem and build out its category management function as it scales operations.
Founded in 2023 by Pawan Gupta and Rahul Namdev, The Wedding Company provides end-to-end wedding planning services, including venues, décor, catering, photography, logistics and other wedding-related requirements.
“This fundraise validates our approach of combining technology with strong on-ground execution to deliver a superior and premium wedding planning experience,” said Pawan Gupta, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Wedding Company.
The latest funding follows the company’s $1 million pre-seed round raised in 2025.
