Tech Mahindra, a leading global provider of technology consulting and digital solutions, has partnered with the Jaipur Literature Festival to launch the Tech Mahindra Global India Book Prize, a new international literary award aimed at recognizing books that deepen global understanding of India.
The prize will honor outstanding works that offer exceptional literary, intellectual, or cultural contributions while helping readers around the world better understand India’s diversity, complexity, and growing global influence.
Open to both Indian and international authors, the award will recognize books across a wide range of genres, including fiction, non-fiction, history, biography, business, science, culture, and public affairs. Eligible titles must have been published in English during the preceding calendar year.

The inaugural winner of the Tech Mahindra Global India Book Prize will be announced at the Jaipur Literature Festival in January 2027.
