The awards are now open for entries across 106 categories, spanning five distinct segments: Experiential Marketing Awards, Experiential Celebrations Awards, Experiential Tech Awards, Hotel & Venue Awards, and Live Quotient Awards.

This category celebrates the behind-the-scenes specialists and supplier partners who transform creative concepts into extraordinary live experiences. Dedicated exclusively to service providers, Group C recognizes excellence in event production, technical innovation, and flawless execution across a wide spectrum of disciplines.
From large-scale production management and stage engineering to lighting design, trussing, special effects, pyrotechnics, projection mapping, fabrication, hospitality logistics, catering solutions, and show running, the category honors the expertise, precision, and innovation that power the experiential industry. It recognizes the professionals and organizations that consistently overcome complex execution challenges to deliver technically superior, immersive, and unforgettable event experiences.

Alaap Gosher – CEO & Co-Founder, TM Ventures
Alaap Gosher is an entrepreneur and music industry strategist who has played a key role in shaping India’s artist management and live entertainment ecosystem. As CEO & Co-Founder of TM Ventures, he works with some of the country’s leading artists while building influential entertainment platforms and industry IPs that drive the growth of Indian music globally.
Hope Rose Kelly – Stage Manager, Stage Managers’ Association (USA)
Hope Rose Kelly is a stage management professional based in New England, USA, with experience spanning new works, world premieres, festivals, musicals, and special events. As Chair of the International Cohort of Stage Managers under the Stage Managers’ Association, she plays a key role in fostering global collaboration, professional development, and advocacy for stage managers worldwide.
Liron David – Founder & CEO, Eventique
Liron David is an award-winning event strategist, producer, and entrepreneur, best known as the Founder & CEO of Eventique. Matthew Stern – Head of Stage Management, Pace University
Matthew Aaron Stern is a renowned stage management professional with credits on over 20 Broadway productions, including Wicked, The Phantom of the Opera, and Come From Away. He has also led major corporate events for global brands and currently serves as Head of Stage Management at Pace University, while actively contributing to the advancement of the profession through industry leadership and education.

Mikin Shah is a global entertainment and technical production leader with over 24 years of experience delivering large-scale live events and immersive experiences across international markets. Having worked on iconic projects including the IIFA Awards, Commonwealth Games, and Global Citizen Festival, he currently serves as Group CEO of TwincamPro International, driving innovation in event technology, production strategy, and experiential storytelling worldwide.
Nazeef Mohammed – CEO & Creative Director, BToS Productions & Co Founder, Nexperience Inc
