HITEX to Host INDIA FOR MICE 2026, Bringing Together Leaders from Across the MICE Ecosystem

INDIA FOR MICE 2026, a premier conference and expo focused on the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) industry, is set to take place on June 14, 2026, at HITEX, Hyderabad.

Hosted as part of WEEW, the event will bring together key stakeholders from across the MICE ecosystem to encourage dialogue, collaboration, and strategic discussions aimed at strengthening India’s position in the global MICE landscape.

The conference will feature more than 10 sessions and over 25 industry leaders who will discuss topics including India’s global MICE opportunity, association meetings, convention infrastructure, connectivity, emerging exhibition destinations, global event bids, and the development of world-class event services.

India’s potential as a leading global MICE destination continues to grow, supported by world-class venues, expanding infrastructure, improved connectivity, and a strong services ecosystem. Recent investments in convention and exhibition facilities, along with initiatives that enhance ease of doing business, have further strengthened the country’s appeal for international events.

INDIA FOR MICE 2026 aims to serve as a common platform for policymakers, event organisers, corporates, tourism boards, venue operators, and service providers to exchange ideas, build partnerships, and explore opportunities for industry growth.

The event has already generated significant interest from across the sector and is expected to become an important platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and strategic collaboration.

Srikanth T. G, Business Head, HITEX Exhibition Center said, “I warmly invite all stakeholders from the events and tourism industry to join us for this impactful dialogue. Together, we can shape the future of India’s MICE sector and position the country as a leading destination on the global stage.”
