The 10th edition of the Exhibition Excellence Awards & Summit (EEA 2026) is set to take place on 12 June 2026 at the CIDCO Exhibition & Convention Centre, Mumbai, bringing together more than 1,200 delegates from the exhibition, convention, and business events industry.
Over the years, EEA has evolved into one of the industry’s leading platforms for recognition, networking, knowledge sharing, and business opportunities. This year’s edition has already generated strong interest, receiving over 600 nominations, making it the most competitive edition in the event’s history.
The summit has received support from several government bodies and industry associations, including the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Maharashtra Tourism, NSIC, and MSSIDC, along with national and international industry associations.
EEA 2026 will also witness participation from prominent global leaders from the exhibition and convention industry, including representatives from UFI, ICCA, IFES, GES, Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs, Italian Exhibition Group, and other leading international organizations.
Beyond the awards, the event will feature a comprehensive programme comprising leadership summits, keynote sessions, panel discussions, roundtables, networking opportunities, live competitions, and the India Event Expo 2026. More than 135 exhibitors are expected to showcase products and services spanning event infrastructure, technology, hospitality, fabrication, and venue management.
A major highlight of the event will be the EEA Live Competitions, where shortlisted companies will present their work before an independent jury panel and be evaluated on innovation, industry impact, execution, and operational excellence.
The day will conclude with the EEA 2026 Gala Awards Ceremony, celebrating outstanding achievements across the exhibition, MICE, and business events ecosystem, followed by networking and entertainment sessions for industry stakeholders.
As it marks a decade of excellence, EEA 2026 is expected to serve as a significant platform for industry dialogue, collaboration, and future growth of India’s exhibition and business events sector.
