SkillBox Introduces Conversational Search and AI-Powered Analytics for Event Discovery and Management

Ticketing and event platform SkillBox has launched a new conversational search feature designed to help users discover events using natural language prompts, while also introducing a query-based analytics tool for event organisers.

The new update enables users to search for events by simply describing what they are looking for, eliminating the need to browse through multiple event listings or apply extensive filters. Whether searching for a specific artist, music genre, city, or type of experience, users can receive personalised event recommendations based on their queries.

Alongside enhanced event discovery, SkillBox has introduced a conversational analytics interface for promoters and event organisers. The tool allows organisers to access event-related data by asking questions about ticket sales, revenue performance, and audience behaviour, receiving instant responses without having to navigate through traditional analytics dashboards.

The company says the initiative is aimed at making both event discovery and event management more intuitive by improving access to information and simplifying decision-making processes.

The feature is currently available through SkillBox’s integration with Claude, with support for ChatGPT and additional AI platforms expected to be introduced in the future.
