Hyatt Place Bhopal has elevated Jyoti Mishra as the General Manager. Associated with the property since its pre-opening phase, Mishra currently leads the hotel’s operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences for both business and leisure travellers while maintaining Hyatt’s operational excellence standards.
With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mishra specialises in pre-opening operations and positioning properties for long-term success. Her expertise in quality standards, guest satisfaction, and building high-performance teams has helped drive operational efficiencies across the hotels she has worked with.
Mishra joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 2015 as a Front Office Manager and has since taken on multiple leadership roles across Hyatt properties before being appointed General Manager.
Prior to joining Hyatt Place Bhopal, she served as General Manager at Baale Resort Goa and Hyatt Place Dhaka Uttara.
She began her hospitality journey with Taj Hotels in 2006, where she progressed from Front Office Assistant to Assistant Operations Manager over a span of nine years.
