Inaugural Edition of Harmony Dialogues 2026 Brings Together India’s Leading Voices from Live Entertainment

The inaugural edition of Harmony Dialogues 2026 brought together some of the most influential voices from India’s live entertainment and creative ecosystem for a day of meaningful conversations, collaboration, and artistic exchange. An initiative by the EEMA Artiste Committee chaired by Gitikka Ganju Dhar and presented by EEMA North under the leadership of Ruchin Kohli, VP North, the event created a platform for dialogue around artist-led innovation, audience evolution, live experiences, and the importance of stronger professional and ethical frameworks within the industry.

Beautifully anchored by Aditya Malik, the event featured keynote sessions, panel discussions, and live showcases that encouraged open and forward-thinking conversations among artistes, creators, agencies, and stakeholders from across North India.

The distinguished line-up of speakers and contributors included Shri Gopal Krishna Agarwal, Sanjoy K Roy, Sabbas Joseph, Palash Sen, Dadi Padamjee, Professor (Dr.) Nupur Tiwary, Gaurav Gera, Terence Lewis, Aditya Raj Kaul, Sumit Sethi, Arshad Iqbal, Manika Garg, Nikhil Chawla, Rohit Mahajan, Ashish Mathur, Tanuja Shankar, Sunny Arora, Anurag Austin Abraham, Atul Chhabra, Gaurav Vasani, DJ Sue, and DJ Barkha Kaul, all of whom shared valuable perspectives and experiences with the audience.

Speaking about the vision behind the initiative, Ruchin Kohli, Vice President of EEMA North, said, “Harmony Dialogues is not just about discussions, it is about uniting as an industry. The goal is to get all parties involved – artists, agencies, and stakeholders – to work together to create a more robust and organized future for live entertainment in India.”

Vanessa Williams, Joint Secretary, North EEMA, highlighted the spirit of the platform, saying, “Harmony Dialogue stands for openness, respect, and the courage to have conversations that truly matter.”

Gitikka Ganju Dhar, Chair of the EEMA Artiste Committee, added, “This forum is a representation of the voice of the artiste community, and we will be holding the next Harmony Dialogue in Mumbai followed by East India in the coming weeks.”

The inaugural edition of Harmony Dialogues 2026 successfully created a collaborative space for the live entertainment fraternity, setting the stage for continued conversations and stronger industry-wide engagement in the future.
