NE’KA + Partners Announces Lemon Tree Premier Hotel Project In Raipur

NE’KA + PARTNERS has announced the addition of Lemon Tree Premier Raipur to its growing hospitality portfolio, strengthening its presence in Central India’s emerging business and travel market.

The upcoming 78-room upscale hotel will be operated by Carnation Hotels and is located approximately 7 kilometres from Swami Vivekananda Airport in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The property is being developed to cater to both business and leisure travellers visiting the city.

The hotel will include premium accommodation, a multi-cuisine restaurant, banqueting and conference facilities, wellness amenities including a spa and fitness centre, a swimming pool, and rooftop leisure spaces.

The project reflects the growing demand for branded hospitality assets in Tier-2 cities that are witnessing infrastructure growth, increasing corporate activity, and rising travel demand, while quality room supply in several markets continues to remain limited.
