KFC India Appoints Suhayl Limbada as Chief Marketing Officer

Suhayl Limbada has been named the Chief Marketing Officer for KFC India, marking a leadership change for the brand’s India operations.

As per the update, Limbada most recently worked with KFC Thailand, where he has been based since July 2022. From 2024, he held the position of Market Lead as well as CMO for the Thailand market. Earlier, he also served as Marketing Manager for KFC in South Africa, highlighting his experience across multiple international markets within the brand.

Before his tenure with KFC, he spent over two years at Mondelēz International.

On taking up his new role, Limbada shared a post on social media reflecting on his transition. In the post, he stated, “The road less travelled continues. Grateful for the opportunity to step into this next chapter with KFC India as Chief Marketing Officer. Excited at the prospect of shaping our brand that serves 1.4 billion people across a huge tapestry of cultures, tastes, and traditions. But it’s not just the scale, it’s also the people I’ll get to work with: our franchise partners, the incredible KFC India team and all our partners who are going to make this journey an incredible ride.”

With this appointment, KFC India reinforces its marketing leadership as the company continues to strengthen its presence in the competitive quick-service restaurant segment.
