Mitsis Group Showcases Greece’s Luxury Appeal to Indian Travel Partners Through Immersive FAM Experience

In a focused effort to strengthen Greece’s appeal among Indian outbound travellers, Mitsis Group hosted an exclusive familiarisation (FAM) trip for leading Indian travel partners from 28 March to 1 April 2026. The initiative was designed to offer a first-hand experience of the brand’s premium hospitality while highlighting Greece as a compelling luxury destination.

The five-day itinerary covered two of Greece’s most iconic islands—Crete and Rhodes—allowing participants to experience Mitsis’ signature ultra-all-inclusive offerings across multiple properties.

The group stayed at three flagship resorts: Mitsis Selection Laguna, Mitsis Selection Rinela in Crete, and Mitsis Selection Alila in Rhodes. Each property showcased the brand’s focus on design, gastronomy, beachfront experiences, and personalised guest services tailored for premium travellers.

To underline ease of access for Indian tourists, Mitsis Group collaborated with IndiGo, which offers direct connectivity to Athens, making Greece more convenient for Indian visitors.

Beyond the resort experiences, the itinerary included cultural visits to the historic Palace of Knossos and the Medieval Old Town of Rhodes, along with leisure activities such as a golf tournament at Afandou Golf Course. The programme concluded with a special presentation marking 50 years of Mitsis Group’s hospitality legacy.
