Mumbai’s summer evenings take on a new rhythm as Candlelight® by Live Your City brings its signature concert series to two of the city’s most iconic heritage spaces — The Royal Opera House Mumbai and the Afghan Church. Set against remarkable architecture and cultural legacy, these venues offer audiences an experience where music and setting come together in an intimate, candlelit format.
At The Royal Opera House, the historic grandeur of one of India’s oldest surviving opera houses meets the glow of hundreds of candles, creating an atmosphere rich in detail and nostalgia. In contrast, Afghan Church offers a serene and striking environment, where its towering structure and quiet surroundings add a contemplative dimension to the performances. Together, these venues present two distinct moods while staying true to the signature Candlelight® experience.
Spanning multiple dates across April and May, the series brings together globally loved music and widely recognised compositions. Whether within the ornate interiors of the opera house or the calm presence of the church, the Candlelight® concerts offer a refreshing way to spend summer evenings in Mumbai.
