Inventum Global Delivered Large-Scale Projects Simultaneously Across Four Continents in Q1 2026

Inventum Global closed the first quarter of 2026 with high-volume MICE and destination wedding projects executed simultaneously across four different continents.

A historic first in Egypt in the Pyramids area, three consecutive large-scale events across three different regions in Vietnam, a prestigious corporate event in Istanbul, and a strategic structuring in Qatar — this quarter became a period in which the company’s multi-destination model underwent one of its most comprehensive field tests.

Inventum Global Co-Founder Bünyat Özpak evaluates the period as follows: “Before describing this quarter, I want to clearly state this: everything that has taken place here is the result of our shared vision and our team. Generating demand simultaneously from different countries, securing business in different destinations, and managing all of it across multiple geographies at the same time — this is not a structure that is very commonly seen in our segment, even globally. This is not a coincidence. This is a system. And we have been building this system for years.”

Egypt: A Project Creating Global Impact in the Pyramids Area

In January 2026, a large-scale destination wedding was successfully carried out in Cairo at The St. Regis New Capital, under the leadership and coordination of one of India’s leading companies, Yolo Entertainment & Weddings. Inventum Global undertook full-scope DMC and operational management responsibilities in this project.

The most remarkable part of the organization was the exclusive night held in the Pyramids area. Featuring performances by prominent artists and supported by advanced production, décor, sound, lighting, visual, and laser systems, the event stood out not only from an operational perspective but also for the global impact it created, receiving widespread attention worldwide.

Özpak evaluates this project as follows: “This project was not just an event; it was a powerful example of how a destination can be positioned globally with the right structure and the right partnerships. It was a step that changed Egypt’s position on the global destination wedding map. Being part of such a historic project was also a different milestone for us.”

Vietnam: Three Major Projects in Three Months, Three Regional Firsts

Inventum Global completed the first quarter of 2026 with three large-scale projects executed across three different regions in Vietnam. Each of these events, being a regional first in its own segment, positioned Vietnam as a tested, structured, and scalable destination for the Indian wedding market.

The first project was realized in February 2026 in Ha Long Bay in partnership with Krayonz

Entertainment.

Approximately 500 guests from the Indian community based in Dubai fully bought out Vinpearl Resort & Spa Ha Long, located on a very small island accessible only by ferry. The operation, which required transporting all equipment, teams, and guests via sea logistics dependent on tidal schedules, was delivered with zero margin for error and received extensive coverage in Vietnam and regional media.

Immediately after, a second large-scale wedding was organized in the same destination for an Indian family, in collaboration with Bull Events & True Events. This event marked the first large-scale wedding ever held inside a cave in Vietnam. Hosted 600 guests in the 4,000 sqm Ngoc Rong Cave, the event combined advanced 3D mapping shows, live performances, and luxury yacht experiences within Ha Long Bay.

The third major project of the first quarter was realized in March 2026 in Da Nang at Angsana Lang Co, in partnership with Jashnn Signature Weddings & Events. Hosting 350 guests from the Nepal-based Indian community, this event was recorded as the largest Indian wedding ever held in Da Nang.

“Three major projects in three months in Vietnam. Each with a different source market, different challenges, and different structure,” says Özpak.

“This is not a coincidence. It is the result of years of effort invested in our globalization vision. Behind each project lies many layers: months of intensive fieldwork, legal, commercial, and operational fine-tuning, inspection visits, correct hotel selection, structuring of local teams, and building the infrastructure from scratch. Vietnam is now a tested and ready destination for us. Our vision to elevate Vietnam to where it deserves to be is strong, and growth will continue.”

Our Vietnam team is also expanding rapidly in parallel with this growth, under the coordination of the headquarters.

Istanbul: Global Collaboration, Iconic Venue

In January 2026, a special VIP corporate event was held at one of Istanbul’s most unique venues, the Basilica Cistern, in collaboration with one of the strongest platforms in the global MICE industry, HelmsBriscoe. A group of 150 senior executives from a Spain-based, 130-year-old well-established brand was hosted.

Qatar: A New Operational Line

Inventum Global activated and announced its Qatar operations at the very beginning of January 2026 through a strategic structuring established with one of the region’s strongest tourism investment groups. With this step, a new operational corridor was created across the Middle East – Asia Pacific line. Through this structure, the company aims to generate long-term, high-value, and sustainable demand and projects for the region.

Active Presence on Global Platforms

In the first quarter of 2026, Inventum Global actively took part in the world’s largest tourism fair, ITB Berlin, and South Asia’s most important B2B travel platform, SATTE Mumbai. In addition, it also participated in various workshops and promotional events in different parts of the world.

At the same time, numerous inspection visits carried out across multiple destinations, hundreds of active demand quotations from India, the European Union, Russia, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and the United States, as well as large-scale group confirmations for future dates, are among the commercial outputs of this period.

Momentum Continues

April, July and August 2026
Following the first quarter, momentum continues without interruption.

In April 2026, a 230-guest destination wedding from the United Kingdom will be hosted at NG Phaselis Bay in Türkiye, along with an 80-person prestigious corporate incentive group from Russia at the Renaissance hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.

In August 2026, a large 300-guest wedding group from the United States will be hosted at Rixos Tersane in Istanbul. At the beginning of September, we will also host another exclusive group from the U.S. at HYDE Bodrum. This project, which is expected to generate significant interest and make a strong impact in the industry, serves as a concrete indicator of the company’s demand generation capacity in the North American market. All three projects are fully confirmed.

In addition, Inventum Global will, in the coming weeks, share with the public a large-scale Indian wedding to be held in a new destination, simultaneously with the destination launch announcement.

This fully confirmed project will be realized in a highly unique geography, where one of the world’s most exclusive and most expensive hotels will be completely bought out.

How Does Inventum Global Achieve This?

Özpak answers this question directly: “At this scale, generating demand from so many different markets, securing demand and business from cities — even countries — that many have never even heard of, and converting them into business again in cities that are likewise not widely known by many, while managing all of this simultaneously across multiple continents — this is, frankly, not a level or a model that is very commonly seen in our segment globally. Behind this lies years of effort spent building a system.”

The company’s model is built on three core structures.

From the perspective of agency partners, it is clear that the traditional DMC approach is no longer sufficient. Good pricing and good service have long become standard expectations. Everyone is already able to deliver this in one way or another. Today, agencies need much more: risk sharing, operational assurance, 24/7 communication despite time differences, as well as protection and support across commercial, legal, and bureaucratic areas — and much more.

Inventum Global combines exclusive partnerships with the strongest local structures in the region with its own know-how, not only offering agencies competitive pricing and standard services — but placing them within a comprehensive ecosystem of trust and insurance. Within this system, risks are both reduced and shared. All local conditions, airlines and hotels, suppliers, and the entire ecosystem are structured with every detail considered and through investment in the right partnerships, and the full infrastructure is built and made ready for them. In this way, the agency, under the same brand assurance, regardless of geography, with the same corporate standards, operates in a protected and strong manner, focusing only on its own business, while the rest is undertaken by our system. The agency wins.

From the destination perspective, Inventum Global does not simply use each destination it enters — it prepares and elevates it for its own segment.

Through its global MICE and wedding network developed over the years, its highly targeted promotion strategies, its active demand generation capacity, and the strong global reach of IMWF, the company brings more qualified, higher-value groups to each destination and contributes significantly to their development. In other words, this is not a one-sided relationship — the destination also benefits from this partnership.

When it comes to strategic local partners, the picture is clear:
The structures with which Inventum Global establishes exclusive partnerships are the undisputed strongest players in their respective regions. These are very strong local partnerships in commercial, operational, and bureaucratic terms.

In this partnership, each side leaves to the other what it cannot do. Local strength, infrastructure, and reputation on one side; global demand generation, access to source markets, and operational know-how on the other.

As a result: the agency, the destination, and the strategic partnership all benefit. In other words, it is a complete win-win-win situation. The parties achieve outcomes together that they could not reach on their own. In other words, everyone wins. “Because this model works, it does not recognize geography,” says Özpak. “It works in Egypt. It works in Vietnam. It works in Qatar. It works in Türkiye. Because the model is not based on location, but on a system. And at the center of this system is Inventum Global. We know very well what the destination, the agency, and our partners need in this segment. Wherever we go, we establish the same system and achieve similarly strong results. This structure, in which all parties are involved with satisfaction, continues to develop further with each project.

The main reason for the strong interest we receive from agencies, destinations, and potential local partners is that we structure this model correctly, deliver on our promises, and manage it effectively.”

This is a completely unique and next-generation system.

IMWF 2026: October 28–31, Didim

The 9th edition of the International MICE & Wedding Forum has been rescheduled from early April to October 28–31, 2026, based on a strategic decision taken in consideration of global geopolitical developments. The forum will be held in Didim under the main sponsorship of Turkish Airlines and Anda Barut Collection.

Vision: A Structure Managing the World’s Largest Demand Flow

“The level we have reached so far is a result of what we have done before, but it is not the final point we aim to reach,” says Özpak.

“Our vision has been clear for years and has never changed: to become the structure that manages the largest qualified demand flow, with the highest number of source markets and destinations in the world. To provide agencies with the best service and competitive pricing within the safest system, while also elevating the demand generation capacity and development of destinations in the global arena. This is the path we are on.

Geopolitical risks and the war environment are affecting the industry — there is no point in denying that. However, with the right structure, the right communication, investment in the right regions, and real trust, we both reduce risks and navigate through these challenges and crises more smoothly.

Even in April, we have active groups across the Middle East, Türkiye, and North Africa — even in a war environment. This shows the strength of the system. Being dependent on a single location now means knowingly taking on risk. We recognized this many years ago and built our network accordingly, step by step.

In the coming period, we will continue to see the striking results produced by this model together. New moves and new partnerships are coming. We have built this system, and now we are scaling it globally. The world is very large, and there are truly many opportunities. In my view, despite everything we have achieved so far, we are still only at the very beginning, and we have a long way to go.”

Upcoming Period

In the coming weeks, Inventum Global will share with the public new source markets, destination and office openings, strategic partnerships with leading global brands, and announcements of high-volume confirmed group projects in new destinations.

Özpak stated: “Investment and collaboration with the best in their field is one of the fundamental elements of the success of our model, and we will continue to deliver results in this direction.”
