With over 18 years of experience across Marriott Hotels, Nair brings with him strong commercial acumen, operational expertise, and a collaborative management style that has consistently delivered measurable outcomes. Prior to joining Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata, he served as Hotel Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Rajajinagar, where he led operations with a focus on financial performance and enhanced guest engagement through structured planning and cross-functional coordination.
Over the course of his career, Nair has held key leadership roles including Director of Operations at Indore Marriott Hotel and Director of Food & Beverage at Goa Marriott Resort & Spa. His tenure across these properties has been marked by sustained revenue growth, strong food and beverage performance, and continuous improvement in guest experiences, contributing to operational excellence and commercial success.
