Nritya Vandan 2026 to Celebrate the Grace and Depth of Kathak at Triveni Kala Sangam, New Delhi

The timeless elegance of Kathak will take center stage on March 29, 2026, as Nritya Vandan 2026 – An Evening of Rhythm, Grace, and Kathak unfolds at the Triveni Auditorium, Triveni Kala Sangam. Organized by Samarpan Kala Kendra in association with Indian Cultural Gigs, the evening promises a rich celebration of one of India’s most cherished classical dance forms.

The event will be graced by Shri Ravinder Mishra as the Chief Guest, adding to the significance of the evening set in the cultural hub of Mandi House.

A major highlight of the evening will be a solo Kathak recital by Ritu Gupta, a distinguished exponent of the form. The recital has been conceptualized and choreographed by Rani Khanum, whose artistic vision lends depth and authenticity to the performance.

The recital will be brought to life with live musical accompaniment by an accomplished ensemble, featuring Shuheb Hasan on vocals, Haseen Khan on tabla, and Amir Khan on sarangi, creating an immersive classical experience.

In addition to the featured recital, Nritya Vandan 2026 will also showcase emerging talent. Students from Samarpan Kala Kendra, disciples of Ritu Gupta, along with performers from Aamad Dance Centre, disciples of Guru Rani Khanum, will present their work, reflecting their dedication and growth in the art form. Ananya, a teacher at Samarpan Kala Kendra, will also present a solo performance.

The evening will further feature a special performance by Sara Ali, daughter of Guru Rani Khanum, bringing together lineage, artistry, and devotion in a compelling stage presentation.
