Ahead of International Women’s Day 2026, Ladies Who Lead (LWL), a leadership and networking platform for women professionals in India, hosted a series of invite-only leadership evenings across Delhi NCR. The gatherings were designed as intimate, high-trust spaces to encourage meaningful conversations, peer learning, and authentic connections among women leaders.
One of the key evenings was hosted at Chaand Bagh, the residence of designer Raseel Gujral Ansal. The setting offered a relaxed and thoughtfully curated environment for open dialogue among accomplished women from diverse industries. The event saw participation from leaders such as Latika Nath, wildlife photographer and conservationist; Roshini Jaiswal, Founder and CEO of Swanrose Inc; Mandira Wirk, Creative Director of Mandira Wirk; Vartika Malhotra, CEO of TMT Law Practice; and Puja Malhotra, Vice President – Sourcing at Gap Inc. India Pvt Ltd.

As part of its International Women’s Day initiatives, LWL also hosted a special edition of Conversations Over Cocktails featuring actor Anjali Anand, known for her role in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani and co-creator of Beyond The Curve. The session was moderated by Supriya Dravid, former Editor-in-Chief of Elle India and AJIO Luxe. The conversation offered insights into Anjali’s journey, creative choices, and evolution as both an actor and entrepreneur, while allowing attendees to engage in an informal and interactive setting.
Through these curated experiences, Ladies Who Lead continues to build a strong community of women professionals by encouraging dialogue, collaboration, and meaningful networking.
