The evolving landscape of business events, celebrations, and creative industries is set to take centre stage as TCEI and HITEX come together to organise the International Conventions Conclave Week (ICC Week 2026). The four-day industry platform will be held from 12–15 June 2026 at the HITEX Exhibition Center.
Positioned as a convergence of multiple segments within the events ecosystem, ICC Week 2026 aims to bring together leaders and stakeholders from business events, MICE, weddings, and the creative economy. The initiative reflects the growing overlap between these sectors, as experiences become more integrated and innovation-driven.
The conclave will feature three key co-located events:
- 5th Edition of South Indian Wedding Planners Congress (12–13 June), focusing on the luxury wedding and destination celebrations market
- 2nd Edition of India for MICE Conclave (14 June), dedicated to strengthening India’s positioning in the global meetings and incentives industry
- Creative Economy Conclave (15 June), exploring the role of creativity, culture, and digital storytelling in shaping modern experiences
With participation expected from over 5,000 delegates, representation from 10+ countries, and involvement of 35+ industry associations, ICC Week will also host more than 150 curated buyers, fostering meaningful networking and business opportunities.
Supported by the Government of Telangana and the Department of Tourism, Government of India (Incredible India), the event reinforces Hyderabad’s growing prominence as a hub for international conventions and experiential industries.
Through this initiative, TCEI and HITEX aim to create a unified platform that reflects the future of the events industry—one where business, celebration, and creativity intersect seamlessly.
