Battle Royale – The Halftime Show will return on March 14 2026 at the Crystal Ballroom of The LaLiT New Delhi. Conceived as a celebration of drag performance and queer artistry, the evening will bring together some of India’s exciting drag talents for a night of high-energy lip-sync battles and theatrical stage performances.
Following the success of its first installation held in August 2025, the show returns with its second edition, continuing its journey as a distinctive platform for Indian drag artists. The event celebrates individuality, bold performance, and the growing visibility of drag culture in the country.
The evening will open with a performance by Rani KoHeNur, setting the tone for the competition ahead. The lip-sync battle will see four performers competing for the crown — Seventeen Sins, Cologne Doll, Jia Labega, and Sickk — each bringing their own unique style, storytelling, and stage persona to the spotlight.
Betta Naan Stop will return as the host for the second edition, guiding audiences through the performances and showdowns that define the night. Adding to the celebration, Valentina and Diva Sins, who were part of the first installation in 2025, will also return with special showcase performances.
The competition will be evaluated by a panel of judges led by Zeesh, alongside two additional jury members who will assess the performers on creativity, stage presence, and performance impact.
Speaking about the platform, Akshay Tyagi, Founder Member of the Keshav Suri Foundation and DGM – DEI and Talent Management, The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group said, “Battle Royale is more than a performance platform. It is a celebration of queer creativity and artistic freedom. Drag performers bring powerful storytelling to the stage, and initiatives like this help create spaces where such talent can be seen, supported, and celebrated.”
Battle Royale – The Halftime Show promises an evening of theatrical spectacle, bold artistry, and a vibrant celebration of queer excellence, spotlighting the evolving landscape of drag performance in India.
