Mantra Events and Promotion Crafts Aviation-Inspired Launch for Mahindra UDO Electric

Mantra Events and Promotion partnered with Mahindra & Mahindra to design and execute the launch of the Mahindra UDO Electric at the HITEX Exhibition Centre on 12 February 2026. The event brought together more than 450 attendees, including media professionals, dealers, and influencers, for an immersive unveiling experience.

Tasked with translating the product’s futuristic positioning into a compelling launch environment, Mantra Events and Promotion developed a concept inspired by aviation. Since the Mahindra UDO Electric is positioned as an “Auto-Plane”, the agency transformed the venue into an airport-style runway setting, aligning the product narrative with the event design.

At the centre of the experience was a runway-inspired stage complemented by a 270-degree immersive LED setup that recreated a cockpit view. The visual environment placed the audience in the pilot’s perspective as the reveal unfolded, creating a dramatic and highly engaging moment.

The event also featured dedicated product experience zones where guests could explore the vehicle’s key innovations. These included highlights such as IP67 protection, anti-slope capability, a 200-km range on a single charge, and integration with the NEMO app. A live driving experience zone further allowed attendees to witness the vehicle’s performance and capabilities firsthand.

Through a carefully curated blend of storytelling, technology, and spatial design, Mantra Events and Promotion delivered a launch experience that mirrored Mahindra’s vision for the UDO Electric—reimagining the traditional three-wheeler as a bold step into the future of urban mobility.
