Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) have appointed Anuradha Solanki as People & Culture Manager, strengthening the leadership team overseeing human resources and organisational culture at the property.
In her new role, Solanki will oversee talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR operations across the property. She will also work closely with the leadership team to enhance the employee experience and support the organisation’s people strategy.
Solanki brings experience in hospitality human resources, with expertise spanning recruitment, performance management, policy implementation and workplace culture initiatives. Prior to this appointment, she served as People & Culture Manager at ibis Bengaluru Hosur Road, where she led HR operations and supported workforce development programmes.
The appointment also marks Solanki’s return to Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, where she was previously associated with the organisation. Her familiarity with the team and operational environment is expected to support a seamless transition into the role.
Hospitality leaders at the property said her experience in people management and talent development will contribute to strengthening organisational culture while supporting the hotel’s continued growth.
