RX India will host the 15th edition of the India Warehousing Show (IWS) from June 25–27, 2026, at YashoBhoomi, IICC, Dwarka, New Delhi. The three-day flagship event continues to position itself as one of India’s key business platforms for the warehousing, logistics and supply chain ecosystem, designed to support both business generation and industry advancement.
At a time when the sector is undergoing transformation driven by automation, infrastructure investments and digital adoption, IWS has emerged as a marketplace where solution providers connect directly with decision-makers with clear purchase intent. The show aims to deliver measurable returns for exhibitors while giving visitors access to deployable, future-ready solutions.
The 2026 edition is expected to host more than 300 exhibitors and attract over 15,000 trade visitors, including CXOs and senior supply chain leaders. A three-day knowledge conference will run alongside the exhibition, featuring discussions on logistics strategy, workforce upskilling, sustainability mandates and AI-led transformation.
Shri Pankaj Kumar, Joint Secretary – Logistics, DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, will deliver the keynote address at the conference.
Centred on the theme “Gati to Growth,” the conference will examine how aligning infrastructure with intelligence can accelerate India’s logistics and warehousing sector towards a $5 trillion economy. Sessions will explore topics such as resilient supply chains, global disruptions, warehousing standards and ESG integration.
For exhibitors, IWS offers a focused platform to engage with verified buyers and enterprise decision-makers, launch new technologies and demonstrate live applications to a highly targeted audience. The show enables companies to strengthen brand visibility in high-growth industrial sectors while generating qualified leads across industries including manufacturing, FMCG, retail, automotive, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce and 3PL/4PL logistics.
Visitors to the show will gain direct exposure to warehousing and automation technologies through live product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs on the exhibition floor. The event also provides opportunities to interact with technology providers and system integrators, while learning from conference sessions led by policymakers, global experts and industry operators. In addition, the show aims to facilitate high-value networking that supports faster vendor discovery, business decisions and deal closures.
Speaking about the upcoming edition, Umang Gupta, Country Head, RX India, said: “The India Warehousing Show has grown into a high-impact business platform that mirrors the scale and ambition of India’s logistics transformation. As we open registrations for the 2026 edition, our focus remains clear—to enable exhibitors to drive tangible business outcomes and give visitors direct access to technologies that improve efficiency, resilience, and sustainability across supply chains.”
Over the years, the event has attracted thousands of visitors and exhibitors from across India and international markets, establishing itself as a key platform for professionals seeking to stay ahead in an increasingly competitive and technology-driven logistics environment.
