The Event and Entertainment Management Association (EEMA) will host South Factor 2026 at Pragati Resorts in Hyderabad on March 24–25, 2026, bringing together leading event managers, wedding planners, artistes and stakeholders from across South India. The conference is positioned as a platform for industry professionals to exchange knowledge, network and build long-term professional connections.
Over the years, the conference has expanded steadily in both scale and participation, establishing itself as one of the region’s key platforms for the experiential industry. Tourism ministries from several southern states participate in the event annually, reflecting the increasing recognition of the creative economy as a contributor to tourism, culture, employment and economic growth in the region.
Speaking about the upcoming edition, D V Vinod Gopal, Vice President – South, EEMA, said that “South Factor has grown into a strong platform for the industry in the region. It brings together professionals, partners and stakeholders from across the ecosystem, enabling meaningful conversations and new opportunities for collaboration.”
