The 40th edition of AAHAR – International Food & Hospitality Fair is set to take place from 10–14 March 2026 at Bharat Mandapam. Organized by India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), the event will run daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is expected to bring together key stakeholders from across the global food, beverage, and hospitality ecosystem.
Marking four decades of industry engagement, AAHAR 2026 highlights the evolution of the exhibition into one of Asia’s most prominent B2B platforms for the food and hospitality sector. Over the years, the fair has grown into a vital meeting ground for manufacturers, importers, exporters, distributors, and entrepreneurs seeking to expand business opportunities and explore emerging market trends.
The upcoming edition will see notable international participation, with exhibitors representing countries such as Australia, Canada, the United States, and several nations across Europe. These participants are expected to showcase a wide range of offerings, including global culinary products, premium ingredients, food processing technologies, and hospitality-focused innovations. For international companies, the event serves as a strategic entry point into the Indian market, while domestic buyers gain direct access to global suppliers and solutions.
AAHAR 2026 will feature an extensive product showcase spanning multiple segments of the food and hospitality supply chain. Visitors can expect to explore bakery products and equipment, kitchen appliances, tableware, crockery, cutlery, chafing dishes, hotel and F&B kits, guest amenities, sanitary fittings, and laundry and dishwashing solutions. The exhibition will also highlight packaging machinery and a variety of foodservice and hospitality technologies designed to support operational efficiency across the industry.
The event traditionally attracts a strong mix of business visitors, including senior executives, procurement heads, F&B managers, chefs, caterers, housekeeping and store managers, as well as retailers, wholesalers, institutional buyers, and representatives from buying houses and malls.
Combining a conference and exhibition format, AAHAR 2026 aims to provide a comprehensive platform for knowledge exchange, product discovery, and strategic networking. As the food and hospitality sector in India continues to expand rapidly, the event is expected to play a significant role in fostering international collaborations, driving innovation, and supporting industry growth.
