Described by the organisers as “Two days. One powerful reset!”, the conference was positioned as more than a gathering of leaders, serving as a forum to reaffirm collective commitment to leadership defined by clarity, courage and conviction, while sustaining organisational momentum.

The programme featured transformative conversations, strategic discussions and insight-sharing sessions, alongside what were described as high-energy “GAME ON” moments, seamless collaboration and curated culinary experiences. According to the organisers, the event reinforced leadership alignment across the Accor South Asia network and underscored hospitality as “a work of heart.”

Attendees heard perspectives from speakers across industries, including Soha Ali Khan, Anupam Kher and Zorawar Kalra. Their reflections on resilience, reinvention and purposeful leadership were cited as key highlights of the conference.

A dedicated owners’ session featured Nitan Chhatwal and Nirupa Shankar, who shared insights on partnership, growth and long-term value creation, reinforcing the importance of alignment between owners and operators.

The conference agenda also included speaker sessions, wellness initiatives and team bonding activities aimed at fostering renewed focus and broader perspectives among participants.
