CAB Experiences Delivers Bharat Pavilion at AI Impact Summit in Delhi Within 10-Day Turnaround

CAB Experiences has announced the successful conceptualisation and execution of the Bharat Pavilion at the AI Impact Summit in Delhi, completed within a lead time of less than ten days.

“It is a moment of extreme pride, and one for the books, to see Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi inside the Bharat Pavilion along with 22 other head of states to showcase and explain how India is contributing to the AI revolution,” the company said.

The agency noted that the AI Impact Summit had been on its radar since February 2025, following the previous edition held in France. Drawing on its prior experience curating the Bharat Pavilion for DefExpo 2022, Aero 2023, Aero 2025 and WAVES 2025, CAB Experiences was brought in to conceptualise and build the pavilion for the Delhi summit.

The project came with what the company described as unique challenges, primarily due to the compressed timeline. “This came with its own unique challenges, as it became our shortest lead time of less than ten days. — we learnt about the project on Feb 3 and were on ground by Feb 12,” the statement said.

According to CAB Experiences, this edition differed in narrative approach, shifting focus from the past to a forward-looking perspective. Emphasising India’s people-oriented ethos, the pavilion highlighted how artificial intelligence is impacting grassroots sectors — “from chips to AI to how we have journeyed into AI for people across livestock, handloom, and healthcare.

CAB Experiences said the pavilion was designed to demonstrate how India is contributing to the global AI revolution while showcasing applications that connect technology with everyday life and grassroots sectors.
